All passes are valid for a single person only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All passes are non-transferable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Children below 8 years may accompany without a separate pass. Children aged 8 years and above require a valid pass.
Entry shall be permitted only after verification, validation and/or scanning of a valid pass. A wristband or any other organiser-issued access credential may be issued, wherever applicable.
Wristbands or organiser-issued access credentials once removed, broken, damaged, altered, or tampered with shall become invalid and will not be replaced.
Re-entry, if permitted, shall be subject to the organiser's prevailing policy.
Pass holders may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.
Pass holders are responsible for attending the correct event, venue, date, and pass category as specified on their respective pass.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for misconduct, abusive behaviour, harassment, intoxication, security concerns, safety reasons, violation of law, or breach of event policies without refund.
Traditional Indian attire is mandatory. Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests not suitably dressed.
Access shall be restricted strictly to the venues, dates, zones, facilities, and benefits included within the respective pass category.
Pass holders shall ensure that their pass, QR code, wristband, or organiser-issued access credential is not shared, duplicated, or misused. Any such misuse may result in immediate cancellation of the pass without refund.
Unlimited Buffet (also promoted as "Delicious FoodLine") benefits are applicable only to passes explicitly marked with Unlimited Buffet access.
Unlimited Buffet service shall be available only during designated service hours and at designated dining locations as determined by the organiser.
Unlimited Buffet access may be provided through token-based access, digital validation, wristband verification, or any other method determined by the organiser.
Seating, viewing positions, dining arrangements, and standing areas shall be available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified by the organiser.
Organisers reserve the right to regulate, restrict, or suspend entry, movement, or access within any venue, zone, dining area, or facility for crowd management, safety, security, operational, or regulatory reasons.
Any attempt to misuse a pass or gain access to restricted areas not covered under the respective pass category may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue without refund.
The organiser reserves the right to upgrade, downgrade, relocate, or reassign any event, venue, zone, dining area, seating arrangement, or access point due to operational, safety, technical, or regulatory requirements, without creating any entitlement to refund or compensation.
Any pass purchased through unauthorised channels, resellers, brokers, or third parties may be cancelled without prior notice and without refund.
Duplicate, forged, altered, counterfeit, tampered, copied, or unauthorised passes shall be treated as invalid. Entry shall be denied and the organiser reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
No outside food, beverages, alcohol, tobacco products, smoking materials, prohibited substances, weapons, fireworks, dangerous objects, or hazardous materials are permitted inside the venue.
À la carte food and beverage services, if available, shall be subject to operational feasibility and venue policies.
Photography, videography, live streaming, CCTV monitoring, drone recording (where authorised), and promotional recordings may be conducted during the event. Attendance constitutes consent for such recording and usage by the organisers.
Professional cameras, drones, commercial recording equipment, or live broadcasting equipment are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from the organiser.
Event schedules, timings, artist line-ups, performances, venue arrangements, hospitality offerings, pass categories, pricing, capacities, facilities, inclusions, and operational plans are subject to change without prior notice.
No refund, compensation, or exchange shall be provided for late entry, early exit, unused benefits, artist or schedule changes, weather conditions, technical failures, force majeure events, government directives, law enforcement actions, venue restrictions, or violation of event rules.
Organisers shall not be responsible for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or disruption arising from government directives, regulatory actions, law enforcement measures, public safety restrictions, or any force majeure event.
Parking facilities, if available, are provided solely for convenience. Management shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, accident, or liability relating to vehicles or articles left therein.
Management shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, illness, medical emergency, or personal belongings brought into the venue.
The event involves music, lighting, crowd movement, and physical activity. Guests with medical conditions are advised to take appropriate precautions and participate at their own discretion.
All attendees voluntarily participate in Garba, dance, and event activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety, health, and well-being.
Guests shall comply with all instructions issued by the organisers, venue management, security personnel, emergency responders, and authorised staff at all times. During emergencies, attendees shall immediately follow evacuation and safety instructions.
Organisers reserve the right to amend, modify, interpret, and enforce these Terms & Conditions as deemed necessary for the safe, secure, and successful conduct of the event.
All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat.
