These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nav Avsar in relation to your use of the Website and the Services provided by Nav Avsar.

Certain Events, Tickets, Passes, offers, vouchers or Services may be subject to additional terms. Such terms may be displayed on the relevant Event page, booking page, Ticket/Pass, confirmation communication or other applicable documentation.

You are responsible for reading all applicable Event-Specific Terms before completing a purchase.

In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Event-Specific Terms, the Event-Specific Terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant Event, Ticket or Pass, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nav Avsar operates as an event and ticketing platform. Depending upon the particular Event, Nav Avsar may act as:

• the Event Organiser;
• the ticketing platform;
• a booking agent or ticketing agent;
• a facilitator or intermediary;
• a payment and booking facilitator; or
• in more than one of the above capacities.

The applicable role of Nav Avsar and/or the identity of the Event Organiser may be specified on the relevant Event page, booking page, Ticket/Pass or related communication.

Where an Event is organised by a third-party Event Organiser, the Event Organiser remains responsible for the organisation, production, management, venue operations, performance, content, schedule, safety arrangements and delivery of the Event, except to the extent expressly stated otherwise.

Information relating to an Event, including descriptions, dates, timings, venue, artist/performer details, seating, amenities, food or beverage arrangements, age restrictions and other Event-related information may be provided by or on behalf of the Event Organiser and may be subject to change.

Nav Avsar may facilitate the purchase and payment of Tickets/Passes on behalf of the relevant Event Organiser. Such arrangements do not necessarily make Nav Avsar the Event Organiser.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Event information displayed on the Website is accurate and up to date.

However, Event details may be changed by the Event Organiser, venue, artist, promoter, authorities or other relevant parties.

Changes may include, without limitation :

• Event date or timing;
• venue;
• Event schedule;
• performers or artists;
• seating arrangements;
• Ticket/Pass categories;
• pricing;
• availability;
• age restrictions;
• inclusions or benefits;
• entry requirements; and
• other Event-related arrangements.

Users should review the Event page, Ticket/Pass and communications received from Nav Avsar before attending the Event.

Nav Avsar shall not be responsible for inaccuracies or changes in information supplied by an Event Organiser or other third party, except to the extent required under applicable law.

Tickets/Passes are subject to availability and may be limited by Event, category, date, quantity or other restrictions.

The number of Tickets/Passes that may be purchased by a User may be restricted for particular Events.

A Ticket/Pass is valid only for the Event, date, venue, category and other particulars specified on it.

Users are responsible for checking all booking details before completing payment.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, each Ticket/Pass is intended for use by the person to whom it has been validly issued or by the authorised holder in accordance with the applicable Event-Specific Terms.

Tickets/Passes may be subject to identity verification, QR-code scanning, barcode validation, wristbands, physical credentials or other security measures prescribed by Nav Avsar or the Event Organiser.

The Event Organiser and/or Nav Avsar may refuse entry where a Ticket/Pass is found to be forged, duplicated, altered, tampered with, cancelled, invalid, unauthorised or otherwise not compliant with the applicable terms.

Ticket/Pass prices, service charges, internet handling fees, booking fees, convenience fees, taxes and other applicable charges, if any, will be displayed during the booking process or as otherwise applicable to the Event.

Prices may vary between Events, Ticket/Pass categories, booking phases, dates and availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all applicable taxes, fees and charges payable by the User shall be borne by the User.

Nav Avsar reserves the right to change prices, fees, charges and availability from time to time, subject to applicable law and any booking already validly confirmed.

Promotional pricing, discounts, coupon codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, limited availability and validity periods.

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the Website from time to time.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, financial institutions or other payment service providers.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected by you.

Nav Avsar does not store or request your confidential payment credentials, such as your card PIN, CVV or banking password, except where required and lawfully processed by authorised payment service providers.

You must not share your OTP, PIN, password or other confidential authentication credentials with any person claiming to represent Nav Avsar.

If a payment is debited but the booking is not successfully confirmed, you should contact our support team with the relevant transaction details. Any refund or reversal shall be processed in accordance with the applicable payment and refund process.

Depending on the Event, Tickets/Passes may be delivered or made available through:

• email;
• SMS;
• the User's account or booking history;
• downloadable digital ticket;
• QR code;
• confirmation page;
• physical delivery, where specifically offered; or
• any other method specified for the relevant Event.

Delivery or availability methods may differ from Event to Event.

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Nav Avsar shall not be responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the User, subject to applicable law.

Every Event may have its own Event-Specific Terms and entry conditions.

Such conditions may include, without limitation:

• age restrictions;
• identity verification;
• dress codes;
• security checks;
• prohibited items;
• re-entry restrictions;
• food and beverage rules;
• photography and recording restrictions;
• seating arrangements;
• venue-specific rules;
• Ticket/Pass transfer restrictions;
• access to particular zones;
• parking arrangements; and
• other conditions imposed by the Event Organiser or venue.

Users must comply with all applicable Event-Specific Terms and reasonable instructions of the Event Organiser, venue personnel, security personnel and authorised representatives.

Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Cancellation and refund terms applicable to Tickets/Passes shall be governed by the Cancellation Policy published by Nav Avsar and/or the Event-Specific Terms applicable to the relevant Event.

Users are advised to carefully review the applicable Cancellation Policy and Event-Specific Terms before completing a purchase.

Where an Event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or materially changed, the applicable process shall be communicated to affected Users as reasonably practicable and shall be subject to the Event Organiser's applicable policy and applicable law.

Where Nav Avsar is acting as a ticketing platform or booking agent for a third-party Event Organiser, any refund relating to the Event may be subject to the instructions, policy and settlement arrangements applicable to that Event Organiser, except where otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights or remedies available to a User under applicable law.

Events may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Nav Avsar and/or the Event Organiser, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public-health emergencies, law-and-order situations, strikes, venue issues, technical failures, security threats, acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where such circumstances affect an Event, the Event Organiser may reschedule, relocate, modify, suspend or cancel the Event in accordance with applicable law and the applicable Event-Specific Terms.

Nav Avsar will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to affected Users where appropriate.

Certain Services may require the User to create an account or provide personal information.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

You must immediately notify Nav Avsar if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

Nav Avsar may suspend or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that the account is being misused, fraudulent activity is suspected, information provided is materially inaccurate, or these Terms or applicable law have been breached.

You agree not to :

• use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• attempt to obtain Tickets/Passes through unauthorised methods;

• bypass Ticket/Pass limits or other booking restrictions;
• resell Tickets/Passes where such resale is prohibited;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Website;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems;
• copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without permission;
• use the Website in a manner that may damage, disable, overburden or impair its operation; or
• violate any applicable law or regulation.

Nav Avsar reserves the right to investigate transactions that appear suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorised or inconsistent with the applicable booking terms.

We may cancel or restrict a transaction where we reasonably believe that :

• fraudulent activity has occurred;
• payment information has been misused;
• Ticket/Pass limits have been circumvented;
• automated or bot-based purchasing has been used;
• incorrect pricing or technical errors have resulted in an unintended booking; or
• the transaction violates applicable terms or law.

Where permitted by law, Nav Avsar may take appropriate action, including cancellation of affected bookings and/or reporting suspected fraud to relevant authorities.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and other booking information displayed on the Website are accurate.

In the event of an obvious pricing, inventory, technical or transactional error, Nav Avsar reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel an affected booking.

Where a confirmed booking is cancelled due to such an error, any amount refundable to the User shall be processed in accordance with the applicable policy and applicable law.

Users should ensure that the email address and mobile number provided during booking are accurate and accessible.

The Website and Services are provided on an “as available” and, to the extent permitted by law, “as is” basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Any limitation of liability shall be subject to the rights and remedies available to Users under applicable law.

You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify and hold harmless Nav Avsar, its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:

• your violation of these Terms;
• your misuse of the Website or Services;
• fraudulent or unlawful activity undertaken by you;
• your infringement of any third-party intellectual
• property or other rights; or
• your violation of applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency relationship between Nav Avsar and any User.

The role of Nav Avsar in relation to an Event may, however, include acting as an authorised ticketing or booking agent for the relevant Event Organiser, as expressly indicated for that Event.

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and Event-Specific Terms, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of the Website and purchase of Tickets/Passes through the Website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website.
