This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to Tickets, Passes, Vouchers and other event-related bookings made through nav-avsar.in (“Website”).
The Website is owned and operated by Shubh Avsar (“Nav Avsar”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and the Event-Specific Terms & Conditions applicable to the relevant Event.
By purchasing a Ticket, Pass, Voucher or other event-related product through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
Nav Avsar operates as an event and ticketing platform.
Depending on the particular Event, Nav Avsar may act as :
- the Event Organiser;
- a ticketing platform;
- a booking agent or ticketing agent;
- a facilitator or intermediary; or
- in more than one of the above capacities.
The applicable Event page, booking page, Ticket/Pass or Event-Specific Terms may identify the Event Organiser and the role of Nav Avsar.
Where Nav Avsar is acting as a ticketing platform, booking agent or facilitator for a third-party Event Organiser, cancellation and refund decisions relating to that Event may be subject to the policies and instructions of the relevant Event Organiser.
Please carefully review the following before making a booking :
- Event name;
- Event date;
- Event venue;
- Event timing;
- Ticket/Pass category;
- quantity;
- price;
- applicable taxes, fees and charges;
- age restrictions;
- entry requirements;
- Event-Specific Terms & Conditions; and
- applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
Once a booking has been successfully confirmed, it may not be cancellable, refundable or exchangeable unless expressly permitted under the applicable Event-Specific Terms, this Policy or applicable law.
Different Events may have different cancellation and refund conditions.
The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a particular Event may be displayed:
- on the Event page;
- on the booking page;
- during checkout;
- on the Ticket/Pass;
- in the Event-Specific Terms & Conditions; or
- in other booking communications.
Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable conditions before completing their purchase.
Where Event-Specific Terms contain specific cancellation or refund provisions, those provisions shall prevail for the relevant Event to the extent of any inconsistency with this general Policy.
A User may request cancellation of a booking only where cancellation is expressly permitted under the applicable Event-Specific Terms, this Policy or applicable law.
Where a Ticket/Pass is expressly stated to be non-cancellable or non-refundable, a cancellation request may not be accepted except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Where cancellation is permitted, any applicable cancellation charges, processing fees, service charges or other deductions will be communicated or applied in accordance with the applicable Event policy.
A cancellation request does not automatically constitute approval of a refund.
Once a cancellation request is submitted, the User should retain the cancellation/reference number or other confirmation provided by Nav Avsar.
Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be determined in accordance with the applicable Event-Specific Terms, this Policy and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, certain amounts may be non-refundable, including where permitted by applicable terms :
- service fees;
- internet handling fees;
- convenience fees;
- booking or processing charges;
- payment gateway charges;
- delivery charges; and
- other charges expressly identified as non-refundable.
Any applicable deductions will be communicated or applied in accordance with the relevant booking terms and applicable law.
Refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method used for the booking, unless another method is required or permitted.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the User's account may depend on the User's bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment service provider.
Nav Avsar shall not be responsible for delays caused solely by banks, card issuers, payment gateways or other third-party financial institutions, subject to applicable law.
If an Event is cancelled by the Event Organiser, the refund process will be governed by the applicable Event-Specific Terms and the refund policy communicated for that Event.
Where Nav Avsar is the Event Organiser, Nav Avsar will communicate the applicable cancellation and refund process to affected Users.
Where Nav Avsar is acting as a ticketing platform, booking agent or facilitator for a third-party Event Organiser, Nav Avsar may process refunds in accordance with the instructions and settlement arrangements of the Event Organiser.
Where a refund is applicable, Nav Avsar will make reasonable efforts to communicate the relevant process to affected Users.
Refunds, where approved, may be subject to deductions or exclusions expressly permitted under the applicable Event terms and applicable law.
An Event may be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances including :
- operational requirements;
- venue availability;
- weather conditions;
- government or regulatory directions;
- public safety concerns;
- law-and-order situations;
- technical or production issues;
- artist or performer availability; or
- other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Event Organiser.
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, the Ticket/Pass may, depending on the applicable Event policy, remain valid for the revised date.
If a refund option is offered for a postponed or rescheduled Event, the applicable process and deadline will be communicated to affected Users.
Users should carefully review any communication relating to a postponed or rescheduled Event and follow the instructions provided.
The Event Organiser may, where reasonably necessary, change the Event venue, timing, schedule, seating arrangement, programme, performers or other Event details.
A change does not automatically entitle a User to a refund unless :
- the applicable Event-Specific Terms provide for one;
- the Event Organiser offers a refund;
- Nav Avsar announces a refund option; or
- a refund is required under applicable law.
Where a material change results in a refund option being made available, the applicable procedure and deadline will be communicated to affected Users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Event-Specific Terms :
- failure to attend an Event does not automatically entitle the User to a refund;
- unused Tickets/Passes may not be exchanged for another Event;
- late arrival does not automatically entitle the User to a refund; and
- inability or unwillingness to attend after purchase does not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Users are responsible for keeping their Tickets, Passes, QR codes, Booking IDs and other access credentials secure.
Where a Ticket/Pass or access credential is lost, stolen, copied, shared, altered, damaged or compromised, the User should contact Nav Avsar as soon as reasonably possible.
Replacement, reissue or refund of a lost, stolen, damaged or compromised Ticket/Pass shall be subject to the applicable Event policy and verification requirements.
Where the same Ticket/Pass or QR code has already been used for entry, Nav Avsar and/or the Event Organiser may be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
Nav Avsar may investigate bookings that appear to be fraudulent, duplicated, unauthorised or otherwise irregular.
Where a booking is cancelled due to fraud, misuse, unauthorised payment, breach of booking limits or other prohibited activity, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Nav Avsar may withhold or delay processing of a refund where necessary to investigate suspected fraud or unauthorised activity, subject to applicable law.
If a Ticket/Pass is sold due to an obvious pricing, inventory, technical or transactional error, Nav Avsar may, subject to applicable law, cancel the affected booking.
If such a booking is cancelled, any amount refundable to the User will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms and applicable law.
This may apply whether the error arose due to technical malfunction, human error, incorrect pricing, incorrect inventory or another operational issue.
If an amount is debited from your bank account, card or payment instrument but the booking is not confirmed, please verify the booking status before making another purchase.
You may check your booking history or contact customer support with the relevant transaction details.
Where a payment has been received but the booking has not been successfully confirmed, the transaction may be automatically reversed or refunded through the applicable payment channel, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.
Users should not make repeated payments for the same booking without first verifying the status of the original transaction.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks or other authorised payment service providers.
Refunds processed through such providers may take additional time to reflect in the User's account.
Nav Avsar is not responsible for delays solely attributable to a bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other third-party financial institution, subject to applicable law.
Any payment gateway-specific terms may also apply to the transaction.
Tickets/Passes may include applicable service charges, internet handling fees, convenience fees, booking fees, payment processing fees, taxes or other charges.
The treatment of such fees in a cancellation or refund will depend on :
- the applicable Event-Specific Terms;
- the Cancellation Policy displayed at the time of purchase;
- the nature of the charge; and
- applicable law.
Where any charge is expressly stated as non-refundable before purchase, it may not be refunded except where required by applicable law.
Once a refund has been approved and initiated, the amount will generally be processed through the original payment method.
The actual time for the refund to appear in the User's account may vary depending on :
- the payment gateway;
- bank;
- card issuer;
- payment method;
- transaction type; and
- other financial processing requirements.
Users should allow the applicable processing period before raising a refund-delay complaint.

Voucher terms may specify :
- validity period;
- eligible Events;
- redemption limits;
- minimum purchase value;
- maximum discount;
- transferability;
- cancellation or refund conditions; and
- other applicable restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
If an order purchased using a voucher is cancelled or refunded, the treatment of the voucher and any cash component will be governed by the applicable voucher and Event terms.
Where Nav Avsar is not the Event Organiser, the Event Organiser may determine :
- Event cancellation;
- postponement;
- rescheduling;
- refund eligibility;
- Event-specific cancellation conditions;
- venue arrangements;
- programme changes; and

Nav Avsar may facilitate communications and refunds on behalf of the Event Organiser where applicable.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a User from exercising any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Unless otherwise specified by the applicable Event-Specific Terms or required by law, a refund will not automatically be available merely because a User :
- does not like the Event;
- arrives late;
- leaves early;
- does not attend;
- does not use all Event benefits;
- experiences ordinary crowding or waiting;
- does not use a purchased facility or benefit; or
